The game feels very unfinished as of now. The recommended starting faction of Kislev is very difficult to play as, especially on higher difficulty like very hard and legendary. Simply because you cant have a good economy and therefore no more than one decent army to defend your territory. Yet around turn 35ish you will get attacked from 4 different directions, with multiple armies. You simply cant even go for the main objectives. The auto-resolve is also heavily in favor of the AI. I cant count how many times the predicted outcome was a valiant deafeat, but when I play myself I can easily achieve a deceive vic or even heroic victory. The story battles (when u actually get to play them) are getting very annoying and take way too long to complete.
Overall the game is not recommended from my side till CA balances the game a little or Mortal empires releases, simply cause most of the campaign is no fun at the moment.
