I'm sure if the game was like this back when it was initially released, it would have received the love and appreciation it deserves and deserved.
It's the same game as back in the days, but better. Thanks for the better visuals you dive deeper into the game, the evironment looks way better, the music is great - one of the best soundtracks in general.
The atmosphere (which was nice in the original) is now way better, since the original game was a bit like a PS2 title even it was released on PS3.
The controls/combat were very clumsy, which has improved a lot.
Sadly, the port itself is not that good at the moment, it's very demanding and can get framedrops even on strong builds (higher than the recommended specs). But with a bit tweaking through the settings of your graphics card software this is somehing you can handle.
