It's just like the original stanley parable but with "a beginners guide" level breakdown included in the "new content"
it's good. But mainly left me wanting SO much more. I need more games from these folks, and i can't wait to see their future output.

i'd say the new content is about a 7/10

Game just is not very good at all, the story goes off the rails and gets gross, when it would've been 10x better if it stayed more grounded. Gameplay can be a major slog sometimes. The art is good!! When it's not depicting gross naked bodies and the like. The first 3 episodes of the game are quite alright. The rest is probably not worth your time.

First souls game to make me play for 15 hours straight 2 days in a row, not even Bloodborne could muster such addiction out of me. Such an amazing title, a groundbreaking feat for a genre I thought had been perfected. 10/10

In my quest to go back and play the resident evil series, which I had never done before in my life. This one specifically has been my favorite so far. (For context i've only played this one, 7, and 8 as i write this) Keeps you on your toes actively through most of the game, and you never really feel safe if you aren't in a save room. I only played through Leon's story so far, and it was a finely crafted gaming experience. Maybe in the future i'll try Claire's, and update my review on thoughts of her story. (probably not tho lol)

Highly reccomend.
It's scary, has a cool story, and switches itself up enough to never feel stale.

This game is like 30 diamonds hidden inside a landfill. The game is far too large, and there's far too many glitches. I am almost positive half of my time in the game was spent in loading screens, it's so poorly optimized. The security bots that blare alarms at you are placed haphazardly and in way too large a quantity. The best parts of this game are in the scripted sequences where i'm getting hunted by 1 animatronic through some dark hallways, and things are intense and need to be done. The game does a TERRIBLE job of telling you any of the story. By the end i had no idea what was going on with vanny, the night guard, or freddy. This game really is trying to claw it's way up to quality but it's so beaten and bruised, and it's fallen so many times, i'm not even sure i can call it anything close to good.

A very excellent game that i beat in one day. Looks beautiful, is pretty challenging, and just in general impressed me a ton. Makes me wanna actually go back and play the resident evil games as this is my first one in the series.
