This game is something special. Not only is it incredibly difficult and unforgiving, it's surprisingly philosophical as well. Bennet Foddy has knack narration which can soothe and make you think, all while you are gouging your eyes out because you just fell all the way back to the beginning. His narration and know-it-all quotes can infuriate you as well, however.

Beating the game the first time is a serious challenge, it took me about 6 hours. The second time, however, is surpsrisingly easy. That time I got it in under an hour. In general beating the game is incredibly satisfying and worth it. Bennet Foddy is right when he says that we are somehow addicted to keep trying and trying and trying again, although most of the time it will end in failure. That and the overhwhelming feeling of starting over again. Like Foddy himself says: "Starting over is harder than starting up."

All in all, this is truly an expierence, not only a game, and if you are like me and learn from your mistakes and not rage yourself into oblivion, this game will suit you, too.
