She taught me that life will be downs but there will also be ups and she will forever be one of those ups. I told myself every day coming home from work and seeing her that "these are the good days, I will look back at this time during the bad days and they won't make them feel so bad". I have zero regrets about Bella, we fought so hard together to get better but she was running out of time fast. I've lost so many loved ones in my life, all of them a pile of regrets upon regrets, but not with Bella. Because I know we did our best and she is at peace now. There is another piece of me in heaven, but it makes the piece of me on this earth stronger than ever. Thank you, Bella, you made me the happiest cat dad I could ever be.

I know it's kind of a weird place for it, but I really want to immortalize my thoughts right now. Bella was the most wonderful cat I've ever known. I will always remember the first day I saw her, how scared she was hiding under my mom's bed. Or how she would always wait by the door for me to get home, usually rushing up to it trying to get to me as soon as possible. She never was one to run outside either so I know she just missed me. She got me through the hardest part of my life, losing my dad.
