Pros :
- Best playing with close friends
- Community still good than Overwatch
- Based Class
- MvM

Cons :
- Too many Bot Sniper, yet Valve haven't fixed this issues for couple years
- You'll get rekt many times by pro player if you're noob
- Spy main can ruined your day
- F2P can't chat & voice chat

Conclusion = For Newcomer don't play this game until Valve have fixed the bot plague & enable chat and Voicechat for F2P
