Biggest letdown in gaming for me. 3 years after release the game feels buggy. Like its build on unity engine. Lifeless open world with plastic robots for npcs. Shooting feels like worse borderlands. Every update I do simple test. I load up a savefile, drive a car for a couple of minutes, then go on a rampage with cops. In 20 minutes the are more bugs and jarring moments than in most cheaply made indie games.
