Im very disappointed how bad the issue can be, the issue is the username and I had the username from battle net and I didn't have any issue with that, after I bought the game it tells me to change username because its inappropriate but its not inappropriate at all, I have changed my username like 3 times and still having the same issue and now it still telling me I dont have any tokens available to change it.

EDIT: I did request for the refund to the steam support before I made this review, the reasons I made this because there are some problem it wont appear to everyone, I didn't have type of the problems in battle net launchers, but when the game launch for the steam there are some problem and people should be beware of. Customers are paying for this and they expect should not be problems but there is problems after all.
