Pros:
Good Replayability
Constant Development
Procedural Maps
Intense Combat
Ability to Build Expansive Bases
Cool Weaponry with Attachments
Nice Sound Design
Good Graphics

Cons:
Base building still has lots of issues (As of JAN 2017)
Fairly Poor Optimization
Lacking Armor System
Development (While constant as I stated.) is Rather Slow, and the team shows no intention of growing.
You can lose everything while offline due to raiding players.
Somewhat Lacking in Content

Note:
A lot of players complain about the KoS nature of the game, I don't think it's a drawback unless you intended to play the game strictly as a survival game, and in that case, playing on a server of sub 10 players would make that work, though I will say that survival is a very small part of this game and that type of play would get stale quickly.

Awesome game, multiplayer is pretty lacking but this game shines as a single-player game with a lot of depth.

Looks great, 64-bit engine adds to future modding capability, also has better optimization and more stable performance.
