CS:GO Review
THIS IS MY STORY IN CS:GO AND MY PERSONAL OPINION ABOUT THIS GAME .
IF YOU'RE INTERESTED , PLEASE READ ALL OF THE CONTENT DOWN BELOW !
So , basically , this game is based on try & error , but in a way that makes you play more and more . You will only become better when you find the 'workshop maps' section in the game . If you don't know , this section is for the CS:GO community and contains maps for warm-up , improving your aim , improving your reflex , KZ maps etc. Those will improve your skills like INSANE .
For me , the CS:GO "career" started in August 2017 , I was playing on a laptop with all the graphics on high because I didn't know I can change video settings in that past , and I was playing with like 10 fps the first 100 hours in this game . I got it with the full price , 15 euros ,
the second shooter game I've ever played (Before CS 1.6 , which I've played like 150 hours on non-steam account) . After those horror hours of not improving and wanted to uninstall the game , I've changed some of my video settings and I discovered how to select the maps that I want to play on (I was always ending up on Shipped or whatever was that called and kinda falling in the water all the time) . From that point , I've started to improve a little bit , but still playing worser than a silver (I couldn't even spray in that perioud , 98% of my kills were made with pure ... luck) . When I've reached 200 hours in the game , I've discovered crashz' crosshair map , which helped me like insane because I could choose the exact crosshair I want to use . So from there I started learning how to aim faster , how to spray , but still I didn't get the basic mechanics of the game . After the 300 hours point , I've found CS:GO youtubers making videos about tricks & tips on my favorites maps . I also started watching so many gameplay from higher ranks to see how they move , how they aim etc. (all the bases of this game) . Basically , at 300 hours in the game I still had silver 1 , but that was until the CS:GO major update , when it was made free and all little cheater kids started to play it . Most of my friends also started to play this game after this update , and I started playing like with 3-4 friends in every competitive match (in the past I was playing solo) . I've learned them the basics which I knew by my friends who played it for more time than me , and from that moment , I started to see "with another eyes" this game . I started to rank up , I mean in 2 months from silver 1 I ranked to gold nova , but deranked because of the cheaters . And when I saw I derank so hard because of that , I started playing wingman so much with my best friends . Currently , I am the maximum gold nova on wingman and I focus now only on wingman , because competitive is just almost filled with cheaters and I just don't want to rage because of them . So , by my 500+ hours in CS:GO , I really started playing from 300 hours , so theoretical I have my all time playing in CS:GO lowered by 300 hours . So , now you know my story , I don't know if it matters to you , if it doesn't , then you just wasted your time reading all of that . For those that read all of the content over there , much appreciate .
Thanks and have a great day !
Hope my review helped you to understand the game & improve a little bit !
