Still pretty early in development, needs some serious animation work and additional features, but there is a REALLY solid base here. This game is enjoyable as is, and I can see a bright future for it, assuming development continues. The voice acting is also *solid*. Please give it a try and help the devs build it into something great!

Played this back when it was just on itch. It's a wonderful, queer game with likable characters, good scenes, and lots of clothing options ^_^

I'm having a whole lot of fun in this game. The mechs feel great and battles always keep me on the edge of my seat. I do wish that you could change the engine in the Mechbay so I could free up some tonnage, MWO has spoiled me a bit in that regard. The story feels like the way Battletech should feel and 3025 was a great era to put it in. Really enjoyed the character customization and happy about the inclusion of the pronoun selection including they/them. I do wish however that the character creator labeled the colors in pattern/character customization, it's really difficult to tell what is what when you're colorblind. I haven't had any issues running it on my system, its been pretty smooth at 75 FPS (The refresh rate of my monitor) with max settings. My system has 16 GB DDR4 RAM, an Intel 6700K, and an Nvidia GTX1080 so your experience may vary based on your system specs.

Overall: If you enjoy big stompy robots and/or Turnbased tactical RPGs like XCOM then give Battletech a try! And if you like Battletech, try giving Battletech Tabletop (or the free software megamek) a try!

Kickstarter backer here. It's exactly what I expected from the speedrun alpha. Controls are tight and levels are tense, good situational awareness is required to survive.
