The game is one of the funniest games i've played until today, and has one of the fairest microtransaction models to date.
The main issue with the game in itself is networking and random crashes, often times you get kicked out of the lobby and/or can't connect to lobbies, making difficult to start the game with a group of fiends sometimes (usually after you started with a fixed group it tends to not happen that much, so there's that).

Also reminder: the kernel anticheat used is ♥♥♥♥, it has been proven to be the cause to some users crashes (it's a really small % of the cases, but a small % on a big number is still a big number), and is from a company with dubious past, i would not trust it to run on my main rig (personally, i just installed windows on a spare 256gb ssd, set it up to not mount/see other drives, and i use that as an external ssd i boot it off of when i want to specifically play the game, similar advantages to a vm, none of the issues/incompatibilities)

The game does run on the steam deck, but i personally would not play it from there.

Big props to the community (and the devs to relay the message) to stand up against Sony and the psn requirement, but let's not forget that it happened and could happen again in the future, stay vigilant Helldivers.
