Way too much RNG in each run, not nearly enough ways to influence it without spending money constantly, and now with the latest patch an insane amount of paid content. Buying all new faction sets for the full prize would cost roughly as much as a new triple A title.
Also, the boost for the quest you can buy ingame only lasts a week. Utterly laughable. Maybe make it less potent and permanent? Then there would be some incentive to buy it.

What also irks me to no end, this game is called Bard Idle, yet there is almost zero progress to be made while idle. Sure, in the very beginning you can log back in and get a nice boost but I am only in the middle game and I would have to be offline for weeks to gain anything remotely useful. Ridiculous.
