However, CS.MONEY is no party to such exchanges, since the exchanges are carried out by Steam users themselves.

When logging in to CS.MONEY, Steam users who own virtual items agree that CS.MONEY acts as their agent with respect to other Steam users who are present at CS.MONEY with their virtual items, and who accept the commission fee terms which can be found at CS.MONEY and which apply to the options of choosing items from other Steam users.
