Let me clarify : the phrase "nice meme" it self is a meme while also the source of an infinite -ception of the paradoxical internet as we know it. This meme was thought to be first originated in a small flash game thus forth spread like wildfire. By stating the phrase "nice meme", he not only lit this infinite -ception of memes, but at the same time, disillusioned us with the incongruous slangs and popular shiz.
