Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon
4 slices of bread (your choice of type)
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes. Remove the cooked bacon from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
Layer the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and crispy bacon on one slice of bread. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the bacon to enhance the flavors.
Place the other bread slice, mayo side down, on top of the bacon to complete the sandwich.
Press the sandwich together gently and slice it diagonally or in half.
Your bacon sandwich is ready to be enjoyed! Try adding cheese!
