Joining Requirement Rule #3
"You must be available on a regular basis and turn up at the agreed time. This is particularly important if you want to play as a major nation like France or England. If you cannot attend for any reason or know you will be late, contact me in advance. "
(General) Rules #6
"If you do not turn up to one of the sessions, Anarch (myself) as the game's moderator, at his discretion may give away your nation to another player. If you leave and the AI takes over, anything that the AI does will not be reversed. Leave, or do not turn up, at your own risk. "
Now that Jackal has been banned, I don't feel that any of the remaining players have broken these rules enough times to take action, but I thought I'd just clarify it in case anybody feels that I wasn't clear enough.
