Multi-gaming Organization

Alright guys i think its time for myself and the rest of the team to step it up a little. I know your thinking that i am the most inactive right now out of everyone else, but that is about to change. Im going to take the time to implement a few things to improve us as a team, making us proceed to a higher level.

First off the core 5 and the roles each player is responsible for:

turbine : Rifler / Awp if needed / Captain
kalth: Caller / Rifler / Co-Captain (Will be in charge whilst im not online due to other commitments and organise the team to get wars / prac and so forth).
slaiN: Awper / Rifler
kayzn: Rifer / Awper??
solid: Rifler

Subs:
empathy: Awper
phrixus: Rifler

Chemstry:

One element that we need to work on is Chemistry in which new teams initially will have no chemistry, but atm we have very little not trusting in each other at times.This comes from team bonding. Team bonding will occur with more practice scrims and the team just chilling out talking to each other, getting to know each other better.

Practice Schedule:

This is what needs to be sorted out very quickly, i will be setting a date once everyone lets me know when they're available. These practice sessions will held twice a week and will cover the following:
- Strats - (1st round / Anti-eco / Deco / Buy / CT 1st / CT Pushes etc. Dry runs
- Holds: T Defaults / Bomb setups / CT Side
- Labelling the map: To prevent confusion to as where the player died or spotted an enemy player.
- Flashes / Smokes / Nade / Skyboxes

Analysis:

As we get better, it will also get harder and harder against better teams to be the best. To continue improving, more and more time must be spent on making alterations to existing set-ups, adding more strategies, and further analyzing our own team’s game. After matches that we lose, ask your team-mates and collectively work-out why you guys lost. Was it simply , being outplayed? Was it unable to get into a bomb-site, were the rounds close? Could you have won some of the 1v2’s or 2v1’s your team lost?

Team Calling:

This will be covering labelling the maps during our prac sessions and also in general our ingame calls. Calling is by far the most dependant part of winning as they give you some insight on where the enemy is situated / tagged or health / gun/ Try be as specific as possible,

We will work through the maps with each other and make sure everyone knows the correct call for a position, fast efficient use of map labels can easily when taking a bombsite be the difference between a fast entry shot or a person dying from a player they haven’t seen.
