You have expressed interest in getting an ecig. There are basically four components you need to get: a battery, a tank, a charger, and juice. Here are some of the hardware setups you can get (make sure to order the parts listed in each setup together).. I'll list some options for buying juice at the end.

Here's a slim, good performing setup you can get for $30 (without juice):

The tank will work well for a very long time, but the coils will wear out with a few weeks of regular usage. While it does come with one coil installed, its a good idea to get some extras for down the line:
