We do not need nor want Below-Average players, So to prevent this, An officer who thinks a player has potential will invite them to a match with or against the officer, It is up to the officer, The officer can then hand the candidate to the D.O.O.A.T (Death Overlord Of All Things or the Group leader, I guess).

The Leader will the make the final choice for the candidate maybe through a few questions or a match.

Company Names. And Group profile pictures

Guys,I think we should have permanent company names for any big matches or playing with a candidate etc.
It would be wise to set each others nicknames as there company name.

Just put in the comments what we should set your nickname as.
Eg My nickname should be Outer for my company name Outer Chemicals.
Hopefully this should avoid some confusion when someone changes their steam name.

Also if anyone can contribute with an appropriate group profile picture feel free to PM and I'll put it up with credit to you.
