Unturned Horizon New Server Status

Yes, It's Fedex. It's been a while, but I've decided to make a new horizon. The map will be Hawaii, Germany, or something, but there is other things I have to talk about.

How Long was the server down?
About half the year.

Any New rules?
Tanks are now allowed to be used by Head Admins. MAKE SURE THEY CANNOT BE STOLEN BY THE PUBLIC.

People who apply for admin will be chosen by a lottery, so only one will make it. Managed by me and the Head Admins.

Grenades and raw explosive are now legal for use by everybody.
