We Play Video Games

Hello everyone. Let me get this part out of the way and say that I am intending on streaming again and I’m targeting a December 1st come back. The stream should start at 8am UK time and I hope to see you there!

That’s the headline out the way. If you’re interested in what’s been going on with me, I will explain here. My last big announcement may have sounded like I was quitting Twitch but I hope my creative wording gave enough leeway for people to also expect that I may come back at some point. I was not expecting to come back so soon, I thought it would be well into 2021 by the time I would be able to stream again but with how things have worked out as soon as next week works well enough.

The twist is that all the other things I was still talking about that in that previous message are still rumbling on, which means I will not be streaming at the same rate or hours as I was before.

I will hopefully be streaming at most 6-8 hours a day as I still have these other things going on but I hope people would rather have some streams over no streams at all.

What the other project is does not relate to streaming but if I manage to get it far along enough, I will hopefully be able to share it with you guys. I just realised while working on it that I still need that awesome community you guys gave me before. Sadly, I seem to be a pretty self-destructive person sometimes and couldn’t comprehend trying to juggle both at a time.

This really will be a more community thing too. I really don’t intend on doing 24-hour streams or anything of the crazy rate I was doing things anymore. I just care about having fun with you guys while I’m not driving myself into a hole again.

Fun was always the goal, of course, but I will not lie that before I also treated it like a race, and it was a successful race since you guys helped me be the most popular English DST channel in 2019 among so many other things but the cost to my health means it’s not worth it. Having fun is though and now that’s what it’s all about for me, hence the more sensible starting time for me although of course that time can still change a bit.

I will stream Don’t Starve Together again but I will also stream other games too and it will probably be a bit different from before, such as no more playlist music because of all the crazy DMCA stuff going on at the moment but hopefully most these changes won’t be recognisable to you, other than me hopefully getting a webcam and having more of a schedule.
