To Earn Reputation check the job board or do events.

Reputation is self explanatory it shows how much you have contributed.

To earn XP check the job board or do events.

XP is used to unlock more favors or unlock certain abilitys and freedoms or get promoted

To earn points do events or check the job board.

Points can be used to get various things like Steam Items items or Trading Cards or any favor you ask (if possible)

If an event is available it will be announcement or will be shown as an event.

To check points/rank/rep of other people go to there profile they will have it there.
