Under One Roof is a server aimed toward a more pro style of play, so the likes of no random crits and weapon banning will be a huge part, along with plugins like stats- so you have another objective in the server- to be the best!

I am a newish mapper, and would love to show you some of my creations once they are made public. I am currently working on a TF2 Maps contest map, the theme: "Dynamic"
So I could provide custom maps for you're server.

I'm somewhat curious about how the "weapon banning" process might or might work. In a no-crit environment, how exactly do we determine what weapons need and don't need to be banned, and how much say do people get in this process if this is aimed to be a public server?
