MODs Broken after Oct 5 update 2016

SourceMod is broken meaning we are unable to change maps using admin command and the GameMe point and kill tracker is broken. Currently I am unable to find a fix for this but wil have them back online as soon as it is sorted out by SourceMod and GameMe and/or Insurgency develpers.
