I have been playing on expert now for ages and there is one thing that annoys me more than anything else....people wasting med kits. So I am going to see if I can spread the word a bit. First, if you have a med, don't heal until your black and white! Second, if at the end of a chapter if anyone is black and white (or even just on the first decreasing health section), kill them in the safe room. They will spawn with 50hp. It's just common sense! Believe me it really helps get you through expert. Anyways, try and pass on this message.
