[OOC] Businesses: an Experiment in Roleplay

So, quite a long time ago I tried to implement a business system in my Empire of Japan group, and, as far as I can remember, it worked relatively well - however the group is inactive now and I am left here starting this as I have noticed quite a bit of new activity in victorian era roleplay. Please check out the Imperial Library to see the details of businesses.
