Law 3: You may not associate with sweats.
Law 4: You may not possess more than two nips at any given time

Jimmy Candooie (1st of the two founding fathers of the inquisition)
Sir Knobtoast (2nd of the two founding fathers of the inquisition)
Nick (Founder of the Spooky inquisition, now a co-owner of the Black-Man inquisition)
Swagswoods (A co-owner because he is swaggy)

Members of the Council of the Blacks are revoted every fortnight. Any member of the Council of the Blacks may call a vote on a new law, this must then recieve a majority approval from the rest of the council. New laws must be discussed in discussions. Once approved please bring them to any member of the High Administration.
