Terraria Server

Good New Everyone! The Terraria server is up and running! Here are a few specs:

World Size: Large
World Type: Expert
Corruption Type: Crimson

I ran around a bit, and it is really nice. We have nice features such as a beautiful dungeon, a pyramid in the desert, a relatively naturally confined Crimson Biome (which is important in a server that's going to be running 24/7)

The Computer it's running on should be up close to 24/7, and it's running the Server on a ramdisk, so it's blazingly fast. It's also going to back up the world every hour in case of power outages, so you won't lose too much progress if something does manage to take the world down.

Oh and as a final note, Explosives are not permitted in or around Town. Yes, I'm talking mostly to you, Bill.

Minecraft Server

The Minecraft server is currently in a period of heavy testing and rebalancing. We're also experimenting with the Curse Launcher for an even easier modpack experience. If we get it our way, it will automatically keep you up to date with the current version of the server modpack as we update it. Due to this, and a bunch of mods ceasing to update for 1.7.10 and shifting to 1.8 only, we're considering another huge change to the ones we're including. Not to mention with a few combinations, such as Witchery's Vampire Abilities and Blood Magic's Invulnerablility, you can become completely invincible. Lots of config changes coming, should be a really clean cut and fresh start.
