Sorry it's been a bit quiet over the last few weeks, my internet pipes have been blocked and I may have got a little too into finishing ME3. Regardless, I return with vigour renewed and a plan to get us a little more focused.

A few guys wanted to get a planetside 2 squad started, with regular sessions and a fair bit of teamwork. This seems like a fine idea; it's a free game that, according to the rigs thread, a good few of us should be able to run. So you've no excuse not to pick it up.

I've started a discussion to get the ball rolling, post there if you're interested.

Some of you may have noticed a new forum popping up and your discussions being moved, and suspected a gross abuse of admin power. I may be your overlord and saviour but this is simply a bit of streamlining.

I've created a dedicated games forum, in which you should post any discussions about specific games the group is/should be playing. If you could have the game name somewhere in the title and keep the discussion to that game alone, people will be able to subscribe to that thread and keep up to date on what you're all planning. If you're really keen/forever alone, you can subscribe to the forum and gorge on collective nerdiness.

So far we've got Civ 5 and DOTA 2 in there. I'll add Guns of Icarus, Planetside 2 and Borderlands 2 soon, as a few people seem to be keen to start up sessions.
