Now that I have a better idea of everyone's availability times, I've formulated a schedule for scrimming and practising. If someone's schedule won't overlap well with this one, please tell me so I can adjust it until as many people as possible can attend.

Scrims would be held Wednesdays and Saturdays around 9 pm EST, and practises on Thursdays and Mondays at the same time.

Practises would consist of strategies on maps, rollouts, names of places on maps, MGE and anything else that would be beneficial for the team.

Another idea that I thought might be helpful is to split the team in two and play a lobby with half the team on either side, to try and spot each other's weaknesses and improve.
