This is a NORDIC Volunteer Regiment for the mod North&South.
The 15th Wisconsin Volunteer Regiment was a participant in a number of major battles conducted by the Union Army during the Civil War...

--- Battle of Chickamauga[en.wikipedia.org] (September 19 – 20, 1863)
--- Battle of Resaca[en.wikipedia.org] (May 13 – May 15, 1864)
--- The Battle of Peachtree Creek[en.wikipedia.org] (July 20, 1864)
--- Battle of Atlanta[en.wikipedia.org] (July 22 - August 25. 1864)
--- Battle of Jonesborough[en.wikipedia.org] (August 31 – September 1, 1864)

... and consisted primarily of Scandinavians from Norway, Sweden and Denmark. To add (unhistorically), we have Finns. Other Nordic people may also join in.

The goal with the group is to unite the Nordic community and make sure that it stays active and fun! It is also a preperation for the upcoming game - Battle Cry of Freedom, developed by FlyingSquirrelEntertainment.

Training&Battle tonight!

Hi! I am your Major, Samu Ahonen, and I wish to inform you that there's a thirty minute training before our first battle, tonight.

Training:
We will see to it that everyone has joined a company and that the companies are equal in numbers, that people have practiced a little melee and that they're given more information about giving donations to the regiment.

Battle:
We will divide into our different companies and our leaders will keep contact through TeamSpeak "Whisper". Our goal is to be the largest attending regiment at the battlefield, so please, do join. ;)
