Ok I past the first stage of strat working and team building and I think it is time to put aside fun playing and start training in our time together and preferablely some alone time.

I realized this is nothing but a start up, I decidede to implement something I know very well about.

Start Up Business system which I have successfully achieved in real life twice.

The beauty of a well run start up comes from the really close people working side by side to make it happen. The process contains A lot of hard working and sacrifce with even more friendships, satisfaction and success. I believe this is a wise path.

So the first step is where we build from scratch. The hardship in this phase is you need stamina, dedication and you need to believe in what you are going into. Otherwise its both a waste of time and energy for everyone on the project.

So this means total dedication and even days without actual play. So this is the last exit before highway. And if you decide to call it a day, you will not be judged :)

Everyone will have a say in every matter. Everyone will be listened. Deciders will take every idea or arguement in consideration.

Here comes the dedication part we talked about. I'm collecting video tutorials and working on strat instruction maps.

I'm thinking of a system where we have 3 different training sessions:

- Full strat talk on skype + screenshare for strat sheets

- Wathcing videos and excecuting on training maps (All together or alone).

- Training Map workouts


and 2 different in-game sessions:

- Strat workout on Face It.

- Execution on MM, Face It and ESEA (when we fel we are ready to pay :D)

We are going to schedule these workouts as needed weekly.

Second point of interest is, would you guys be happier with a cooler name than a funny name? Please I need sincere opinions on this.

Third topic is the tasks list. Mostly to be psked about the team and be taken more seriously. (Also putting more on stake so thats a nice motivator I guess :))
