My name is Shotgun Shimmer, and I created this "group" to mark the names of shameful, indecent, online players I've encountered personally, while gaming online (usually in Insurgency). A vast majority of which hail from the Russian region, unfortunately, hence the name.

Examples of shameful online behavior obviously includes simple griefing, verbal abuse, purposeful teamkilling etc, and more specifically, public server abuse, such as when a player or group of players purposely kill anyone not affiliated with them upon trying to join the public server they're in, in an attempt to chase them out and keep the public server all to themselves.

To be clear, this has nothing to do with personal playstyle, lack of skill, or racism. It's about online decency. This "group" merely serves as an outlet for me (and perhaps you too) to vent. My intent is to forever immortalize the names and profiles of such abhorrent players on the pages of this Hall of Shame.
