The one that you just have to let out but can't because you have empathy for your fellow coworkers. The one that almost makes you zone out mid conversation because all your attention and focus has to go towards clenching those steely cheeks. The one that has you walking like an Emperor Penguin because you are afraid that the faintest movement will cause all hell to break loose in your nether region. The one that keeps coming back stronger and stronger and stronger each time you manage to push it back down your colon until you can hardly take it anymore.
