I used to marvel at the spraying ability of very good players. I'm a bit more comfortable with it now than I used to be.

One of the things that helped me was to visualize myself taking a pee. From a standing start above the bowl my spray tends to go up and to the right a little. So, in order to improve my grouping, I pull down and to the left just a smidge....Boom-Headshot straight in the middle of the bowl. Don't have to worry about clean up either.

On occasion I have tried running towards the bowl while spraying, almost impossible to get rego this way. Plenty of rego on the seat though.

On a final note, some mornings recoil just wont be controlled no matter what and a seated stance is required. You may liken this to crouching in-game.
