In just a few days, PUCO grew from zero members to sixty, and it's not stopping any time soon. With so many members and even more coming, much can be accomplished. There is a great workload involved in running this business: recruiting, moderating, making events, updating, and so much more. In response to this growing population, I have divided our gang into many ranks to accomplish as much work as possible. The ranks can be found on the home page, just a single scroll down. By scrolling down you will see that there is an organized hierarchy. It goes, from least to most powerful:

Troop (Member), Capo (Moderator), Employer (Moderator), Underboss (Officer), Boss (Owner)

Right now, 83% of the gang are soldiers, and this number will steadily increase to as close as it can to 100%. That means that all non-member (non-troop) ranks are highly important, very powerful, and the holders of these ranks have very important duties. To those 9 of you that have been selected for these ranks, be proud of yourselves. However, great power comes with great responsibility, and if you do not carry out your orders, you could be demoted.

The PUCO Gang has an unlimited quantity of troops. The troops are the backbone of the gang, after all, they already comprise over 80% of the gang, as you just read. The troops have a say during event scheduling and major changes. PUCO is a democracy, and the people have a say. Every troop counts, and, as a troop, remember that you could be promoted. Do NOT ever think that it is impossible to be advance in the hierarchy. If you stick around long enough, I give you my guarantee, you WILL move up. Heck, you could even be the Boss someday. Now, soldiers, prepare to learn about your commanding officers. You better learn to love 'em.

The PUCO Gang has 5 Capos. Each Capo is a commander of a squad of troops. Right now, each squad has 10 troops, (placed randomly) not including their respective Capos. This troop number will increase rapidly. The squads are: Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo. Each of these five squads has a Capo. This Capo leads his men into battle during battles against other squads, (Squad practice battles) in our server, in other servers, and during wars, which will be discussed later. Capos also moderate the chat and forums.

The PUCO Gang has 3 Employers. Employers are recruiters for the gang. They can join any squad if the troop count is insufficient, or during other circumstances. Their job is to actively work toward finding as many people as they can to recruit into the PUCO Gang. That means in-game advertising, recruiting steam friends, etc. Employers do not have commanding rights except for kicking abilities on the chat and forum, but their word is highly valued and respected.

The PUCO Gang has 1 Underboss. The Underboss takes care of big duties, such as commanding Capos, scheduling meetings, enforcing rules on the forum and chat, reporting news to the Boss, and much more.

The PUCO Gang has 1 Boss. The Boss is my job (FRITZ the CHEMIST). I am also the founder of this gang. The other occupations take a load off of my back, but I still do many things such as: supervise everything, approve or pass declarations of war (with other groups, for sake of practice, fun, feud, etc.), attend to major issues, host important meetings, and more.

This gang is not just any regular steam group. It is a structured society where every person counts. If it's trading and chatting that brought you here, think again, because this group offers a whole lot more.
