In a surprising twist of events PCC annouced they would start operation LTTR very shortly after christmas day.

Many comments were recieved about this including emotions of surprise and excitement. However the majority of the people agreed that such a move was nescisary and should have not been delayed.

If you are unaware as to what LTTR includes then you are advised to ask any administrators or other members.
