Once upon a time, a group of men left their wives and went to a cabin on the lake to fish to prove to their wives that they were necessary and important and that their wives should therefore submit to their whims.

Unfortunately for them, their wives rather enjoyed their absence and refused to take them back.

Ten years later, alone and starving, the men were visited by a young boy who had mistaken them for a monastic order and wished to join. They almost explained that he was mistaken...

...but he brought beer and vegetables.

Thus was born the Order of the Vegetable.

We are their descendents.
