So basically one day i had this really bad rash on my balls, the part just below the penis. I decided to start scratching not knowing any better, after a few hours i had felt liquid down my leg (keep in mind im still scratching) i saw it was blood and i thought it was just period blood (im a trans femboy slut) and let it be. A few hours later i felt a significant weight loss around my penis and something hit my shorts, i only realized then that i had scratched my balls off.
