The server is back up, but with a different host. We've also got the Episode 1/2 content working now.

So the server was down yesterday, and after sending a few tickets I've found out why - or rather, haven't, because the host has no idea. Additionally, it looks like they lost everything:

Sorry [REDACTED],
We had a hard drive issue on the master server where your game server was located. We unfortunately lost all of your files.

As a result, we're now without a database and all the characters, items, addons, maps and anything else on the FTP are gone. I'll try to get things back up and running again as soon as possible, which shouldn't take too long (I hope).

Also: if anyone knows an affordable host we could shift to, I'd appreciate any suggestions. I don't really mind where the server is located; lag isn't that much of an issue.
