For there to be winners, there has to be losers

There can only be greatness, if there is mediocrity

It is an undeniable truth in our world, that some people will have more than others.

If dreams were possible for everyone they would not be called dreams in the first place.

People are not born equal. Whether that comes to physical/mental capabilities or the socio-economic conditions in which the individual is born may depend, but that fact remains unchanged.

But then again, if every human were to be born on completely equal playing fields, one could argue that such a predicament would be detrimental to the most important human characteristic of all: The individuality. We are not born the same, and while that's what makes some of us beautiful, then what about the rest? What about the rejects? The good-for-nothings? The untalented? The low IQs? The poor?
What about the ugly?

The dark, dark truth that nobody wants, and never will want to admit is that for anyone in this world to be happy, someone else has to be miserable. It doesn't matter how much technlogy advances, as long as we stick to our "uniqueness", nothing will ever be truly fair. And at the same time, say we do abandon that what makes us human, who would want to live in a world where everyone's the same? What would be the difference between that, and a society full of inexpressive robots?
Zero. Null. None. There would be no difference whatsoever.
In the end, it is far more lucrative for humans to just put up a cynical smile on their faces and shout:
"We can all be happy if we just try!"
