ABOUT Makus Fitness Programme

How to get fit in 10 days to 5 years.

Here will be uploaded all fitness programmes for different games. They will also be updated or perfected if something seems insufficent.

Rocket League:

After every goal (Do in a rotation, 1 exercise per goal):
5 pushups
5 situps
5 squats

After the game do a 30-60 second plank

League of Legends:

Kill: 2 squats
Death: 2 pushups
Assist: 2 situps

Count these up either after every death OR stack them up and do them after the game has ended. You may increase the number of activities if you feel this is too easy for you.

After the game:
Loss: 10 of everything
Win: 5 of everything
30-60 second plank

TEKKEN 7

After a lost battle:
10 pushups
10 squats
10 situps
30-60 second plank

Totally Accurate Battlegrounds:

If you dont get that sweet sweet Victory Royale

15 push ups
15 situps
15 squats
30-60 second plank

CS:GO:

If you lose a round (in rotation, do 1 exercise per lost round):
5 pushups
5 situps
5 squats

After a lost game:

10 pushups
10 situps
10 squats
30-60 second plank

Minecraft:

If you die:

10 pushups
10 situps
10 squats
