Hi drivers,
i hope you have had fun in previous championship on Project CARS 2. Now LB Racing Staff is finally ready to announce new championship! But before that we want to announce rules for this championship, we have modified some part of our previous rules and we hope that we have improved a bit them. So... Now i'll write these new rules:

1. Cause a retirement to other drivers means immediately DSQ.

2. Cause intentional retirement or intentional hitting other drivers during the Race means BAN from LB group.

3.a It is forbidden to overtake driver by intentional hit or push out of the track. Overtaking is usualy risky maneuvre, so we understand there could be some contact, but use contact or hit to gain position is not allowed. After race there will be judgement to decide if questionable overtaking was legal or illegal. Illegal overtaking may cause 2 postion lost at the end of the race. If the driver knows that his position gain was illegal, or it was questionable, he can avoid penalty after the race by immediate release of the position.
3.b Overtake by cutting the track means that position has to be released or -2 positions at the end of the race.

4. False start will cause 15s penalty at the end of the race

5. If one or more drivers will be overtaken by one lap, faster car which is overtaking, will give them signal that they are lapped by blinking of front lights. Lapped car or cars have to slow down and let faster car pass, without change of driving lane! This will prevent unexpected collison due to change of driving lane by slower cars. If two or more cars are fightning for the position and being overtaken by one lap by faster car, they cannot gain position during this overtake. Break this rule will cause 20s penalty. Blinking of front lights during the race is strongly forbidden for cars which are not overtaking other cars by one lap. Break this rule will cause 5 seconds penalty at the end of the race.

6. If the driver cause damage to the other car, it will cause 5s or 10s or 15s penalty. it depends on the situation and severity of the caused damage.

7. Track limits: If a driver leaves the track by gaining an advantage, the driver should get a penalty of 5 or 10 seconds at the end of the race (depends on the seriousnes of the incident). Intentional cutting of the track, even with slow down, is not allowed and will be considered like cutting without slow down. If a driver cuts the track unintentionaly (racing accident, driving mistake), then he has to release the throttle while he is off track. More than two intentional cuts of the track during the race will cause DSQ.

8. Cross the pit lane exit line will cause 10 seconds penalty at the end of the race.

9. LB Racing recommends not to disconnect from the race, but it will not be penalised. If your car is damaged too much, you can stay in the pits until end of the race.

10. Forbidden the use of the button to reset the car. Break of this rule will cause DSQ from race.

11. When you want to defend your position by making a defense movement, you can do only one change of driving lane and you can't do it without giving the possibility to other driver/s to avoid a contact and if the change of the driving lane during position defense will cause dangerous contact with car behind, or spin him, or pushes him out of track, or damage his car, then the defending driver who caused this collision will be penalised by 5 to 10 seconds at the end of the race (depends on the seriousnes of the incident). Drivers are responsible for his defending movement.

12. Drivers who not finish the race due to retirement, failure or collision will not get any championship points.

13. If the race will be devalued (one or more destroyed cars) by the intentional and aggresive driving, which is not result of the racing or driving mistake, by one or more driver. Race could be stopped, aggresive drivers will be banned from the race and LB group. If the race will continoue until the end, then at the end of the race LB racing admins can ask drivers to vote for the race repeat. Race will repeat same day or by agreement of the LB racing drivers on other day.

14. The race direction, composed by 2 referees, will review race replay after the race, therefore final results could be changed according to LB racing rules. If the referee was involved in the accident, he is not allowed to review and give penalty in that exact accident.

15. Driver who does dangerous and risky maneouvre during the race or qualification, but not obvious enough to give penalty, will get a warning. If that driver does another risky or dangerous questionable maneouvre, he will get automaticaly 5s or 10s penalty. Time penalty depends on the severity of the maneouvre and situation. Warning is valid only for the current and next LB racing event (day/night qualification + race). If the driver gets second warning during one race or session, then he will get time penalty and warning is no more valid for next race or session.

16. If the driver is disconnected from the session afer the qualify and before the race, due the internet or PC issues, then qualify will be repeated. But to avoid doubts about intentional disconnection, the driver who was disconnected cannot attend in the repeated qualify.

17. To release a position gained with a bad manouevre will be considered

I would like to let you know that I and Landomx17 are preparing new championship for the year 2019. We would like to do it in slightly different way than our latest GT3 Championship. We are focusing on the fun of the driving, large range of driving experiences, multiple types of tracks/surfaces/classes. I hope you all enjoyed our GT3 Championship. It was first from many, so I hope that you and we learned a lot and also got a lot of fun from racing. I hope we will not loose anybody but we will get many new drivers, we are open for everyone who likes to drive fast&clean. Therefore if you were satisfied with our sessions, please let your friends know and invite them to our group. Please, stay tunned to our LB Racing group and I hope we will get more and more fun from the high quality racing events in the 2019. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2019!

How to join race: every driver has to inform other drivers in LB racing group three days before race at least, if he could join or not, if not we can make an agreement to move race session to other time or date, if it is not possible, race will take place without missing driver. If there are 5 or less drivers on the grid, race will be moved to another date. Please keep our LB racing community informed to prevent situations that race will be empty or with few racers only.

Rules :

To attack a position in the corner you can change your driving lane without crossing the following driving lane of others drivers. Drivers are responsible for his defending movement.
