This is gonna sound cheesy

Sadly, I must "kick or clutch" people from the group, but in our terms it is "kick from group or stay in group". There is a new voting system in which I will have 3 of the most committed players send me a steam message containing whether they think they should be out of the group or they should stay in the group. WHEN WE VOTE All RELATIONS GO AWAY (example: brother, sister, best friend, worst friend, etc.) Nobody's votes will be shared with ANYBODY! This is strictly so nobody gets mad at one specific person. This will not always be used for bad things such as "kick or clutch" but could also be used to deiced what map we will play on next. The things that will be looked at when deciding "kick or clutch" are the following:
1. Have you been committed and playing with the group?
2. Have you been nice to people in the group?
3. Have you been putting best effort when we play competitive?
