"Due to the fact that Cloudhorn (formerly known as Technoviking), after becoming the honored 'Group Player of the Week' for the Steam Group Krypton, strived to achieve a Steam Rating of an impressive 10, we have decided to add him to our list of "Players Living in a City on a Hill." That he actually managed to score a Ten, or whether or not his rating will stay on the top or not doesn't matter; we chose him because, as we see it, he has tried set an example for all the gamers and soon-to-be gamers out there.

By setting this example he has shown the people of his craft an undeniable, and dare I say, infallible truth, namely that whenever someone ackowledges your strenght as a gamer, and puts you on a pedestal for display, you have to work your absolute hardest to maintain an image that will please the biggest crowd possible. Cloudhorn has shown us that when you're on top, the most important thing to keep in mind is how high other people will rate you. In doing this, he has inspired millions of gamers all around the world to concentrate more of their energy on acting in ways that will make the largest amount of people approve of them.

In conclusion, we chose the gamer Cloudhorn for our award because what he inspires in people agrees with our ever popular motto "Indivualism Leads to Killing." From all of us here, Cloudhorn, we would like to say: Excellent work.
