Okay so, basically he's a scammer.

Today he chargedback the first guy in his list "DEL7A", you can see he sold 100 keys to "Illuminati" and left him rep on his steam profile.

How i know he's a scammer:
1. Illuminati doesnt care if you got a reputation thread. He'll always pay first, because even if you scam him he'll chargeback anyway.

2. Illuminati is an alt of "liberal"

Liberal is the biggest scammer in steam. He has more than 50 alts and got 2 reports on SteamRep. He scammed people for 10 000 to 20 000$ before by chargebacking. How do I know Illuminati is liberal's alt?
The moment Illuminati came up and started buying keys, liberal stopped logging in steam. After Illuminati made his first chargeback and went offline when i asked him why he chargedback, liberal came online saying he's "Cashing out" with more than 600 keys in his cs:go inventory and 100+ keys in TF2 inventory. Also 1 of liberal's steamrep reports tells that he changed ip when sending money to paypal, guess what Illuminati does the same thing.

Why he does that?
- Because when sending money with different IP adress he can chargeback saying his paypal account got stolen. That way whatever prove you have for him reciving his virtual items is useless.

What will happen when he chargesback at you:
- He'll get his money back for sure, since paypal will verify different ip was used to make these payments and you can't do ♥♥♥♥ to paypal because their policy (which you accepted when made an paypal account) states that they do not cover virtual, intangible item sales. So you can't sue paypal, you can't do anything, in the worst case if you insist too much they might suspend your account.

What will happen when he wins the chargeback?
- If you do not have money in paypal, your balance will become negative (-) and you will have to give those money to paypal if you want to use your account again. If you don't pay it they'll close your paypal account and you won't be able to verify the card or bank acc you had in that account never again in a new paypal account. If you leave it be with negative balance and don't plan to make new paypal, they can send collector's to your door to collect the money by laws or sue you (that depends where you live, most of the time they don't do anything, but closing your account)

Is there anychance he doesnt win the chargebacks?
- Yes there is! If 50%+ of his sellers send a message to paypal that he is a scammer that uses VPN to change his IP when sending the money and he'll try to chargeback, they might look it up further, get his ass sued and we win the chargebacks.
