This group seems useless

It is just to do my making group objective (see the checklist here), however I will maybe use it later for videomaking.

Some facts about limited accounts and groups :

1) A limited steam account cannot creating group and also can't invite people.

2) Limited steam account are not counted in the number of member (look at this screenshot). But this seems fixed.

3) If the Officier leave its own group, the limited steam account cannot take its place, so the group is destroyed but still considered as existing (look at this screenshot).

Extra fact : the group was supposed to be named "operation ieftipi" but due to the bugs experimented (see 3), we wasn't able to recreate it.
