Beta 4b

Being the aware bunch that we are, we've noticed a lot of people having issues recently that may be related to the outdated steamapp id that Beta 4a uses - as such, we've taken action (at last!) and put together a "mini-update", while it includes no gameplay changes, it does do important things like change the steam app id to 215, scrap manor and replace it with decay and well, lots of other little alterations to art.
