only RPR LEADERS

hey all ,
first i would like to tell all here , You all do a great job!

Only one thing have to be changed a bit ,
You all are (second)-leaders if a member abuse the rules or his admin right i would like to c from you ALL
1) try to talk with the member in steam (copy the talk for must it be later there is a discution )
2) if the member don't react on steam .... lower him down to regular ** !setgroup member-name regular ** after this is done .. kick him from server with msg check steam
3) have a nice chat. . . lol
4) if the problem is solved fine for me but don't eraise the saved text pls
5) if there is no solution DO NOT set him back as member until this member did talked with Tango Down or me and a post is set here about it

A CHANGE IN ADMIN TULE IS MADE TODAY
from now on ONLY leaders and second-leaders can use the !setgroup command so check if you are set as leader and not as member (i did check and changed already but i can also make a mistake )

about bans ... before to make a vote i like to ask here first
will it not be better to let leaders and second-leaders only ban players ?
pls respond on all this stuff
